Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of the sport's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
